Honors at Rose-Hulman: There Isn’t One, and That Is the Point

If your student has been collecting honors college applications, stop here. Rose-Hulman does not have an honors college or an honors program. There is no separate application, no honors dorm, no honors curriculum, and no honors scholarship pool.

That is not a gap in the offering. It is a consequence of what Rose-Hulman is. An honors college exists to give high-achieving students smaller classes, closer faculty contact, and undergraduate research inside a large university where those things are otherwise scarce.
